SEAMEO Congress 2021

The SEAMEO Congress will be held on 28-29 April 2021 online. Jointly organized by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO), the Ministry of Education, Malaysia and the Ministry of Education, Thailand, the theme is: Transforming Southeast Asian Education, Science and Culture in the Digital Age. Smooth recognition of academic qualifications: The role of quality assurance

"This webinar will look into the role of internal quality assurance in ensuring the smooth recognition of academic qualifications from abroad by drawing on the experience of two countries: Germany and Spain. Through a mix of presentations and interactive audience engagement, this webinar will invite the presenters and participants to engage in a conversation about how to make the quality assurance of recognition effective, in a way that keeps the administrative burden on institutional staff at a minimum" (European University Association, 2021). The webinar will be held on 29 April 2021, 8:00 PM (GMT +8:00 Beijing). Registration is free.

INQAAHE Conference 2021

The International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE) will be holding its 16th biennial INQAAHE Conference on 1-15 June 2021. Hosted by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA), the theme of the conference is, Reimagining of Higher Education Quality in an Age of Uncertainty.
